Marissa and Byron’s wedding was held on the emerald cliffs of Half Moon Bay, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The couple got ready at the Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay and the ceremony took place at the Half Moon Bay Golf Links. I learned that the Ritz patterned this hotel after the Scottish landscape, and in that they truly succeeded. As the lush rolling hills meets blankets of fog, the Ritz looks like an old castle in the background. One of the highlights had to be the wedding party making use of golf carts for the portraits. It was too much fun! We drove all over the property and walked down to a secluded beach for whimsical images. The reception was held at Yank Sing, at the Rincon Center, in downtown, San Francisco. This change of venue allowed us to visit the vintage street cars and capture some of the urban landscape. The night blossomed into a grand party, including a tea ceremony and a lion dance to bless this fabulous couple. Congratulations to Marissa and Byron!
